$16.00/HR

Office Technician Position Summary
The Office Technician reports to the Director of Targeted Case Management Services. The Office Technician will be responsible for overseeing all data entry, scheduling, filing, management of personnel rosters and participant clinical records. The office technician works with the office manager provides an administrative support for the overall case management unit, but does not carry a caseload. Reporting to the Director of Targeted Case Management Services, this position’s primary responsibility is ensuring the programs operational effectiveness.
Office Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization’s mission. Specifically, support better outcomes reporting, information flow and management, business processes and planning.
- Supports program operations by maintaining office systems alongside office technician. Maintains office services by organizing office operational procedures, monitoring and processing invoices, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Responsibility for running reports and providing data to Targeted Case Management Director and Supervisor's weekly. Responsible for monitoring and collecting data on managing various participants reports.
- Responsibility of scheduling Targeted Case Management participants appointments for psychological and nursing services.
- Adding new referrals into the electronic health record and recording information into RIM DBHIDS system. Provides ongoing oversight of discharge charts and disposal of old records.
- Communicates effectively with program management in a timely manner of issues or concerns.
- Reviewing, analyzing and preparing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends in TCM productivity by tracking personal goal plans of members.
- Track and documentation training records for employees and on-site personal files.
- Attend meetings and Supervisions with Director of Targeted Case Management Services and other team members as requested. Engage in note taking when requested by Director for meeting.
- Complete data entry, Create tracking tools, supply, and equipment management.
- Track and organize medical records storage.
- Ability to perform and conduct safety screenings.
Office Technician Requirements:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent of a high school required.
- Two years’ experience in an office setting
- Proficient with office software
- Understanding of basic accounting, and data entry management.
- Any additional education, training or supervision related to behavioral health and crisis management.
- Computer proficiency
- Valid PA State Criminal, FBI (if needed), Child Abuse clearances.
- Clearances must be updated every 3 years per COMHAR policy.
- Adult CPR with AED & First Aid certification
