Frequently Asked Questions – For KMS Staffing

Who do I contact to verify my experience at KMS?

You may send your verification form and Act 168 form requests to HRDept@comhar.org. Please include your authorized signature with the requested form.

Who do I contact regarding invoices?

You may contact COMHAR’s Finance Department at 267-895-9639 or KMSinfo@comhar.org.

Who do I contact to request my 1099 form and/or pay stubs?

All 1099 forms will be distributed in the mail by January 31 of the following year. For additional inquiries, you may email KMSinfo@comhar.org.

Who will complete my Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare Termination form?

Your case worker may send your termination form to HRDept@comhar.org. Please note that the form must come directly from the Department of Public Welfare.

Which job should I list for Unemployment Claims, if applicable?

You may list Kensington Management Services, Inc. For additional inquiries, you may email HRDept@comhar.org.

How do I retrieve the trainings I completed with KMS?

You may email COMHAR’s Professional Development Department at Training@comhar.org. Please note, the Relias trainings are the only trainings they have access to.

How do I retrieve my credentials I submitted to KMS?

You may request your credentials from COMHAR’s HR Department at HRDept@comhar.org. Please note that not all credentials will be available.

Where can I find job opportunities?
