Welcome to the Maria De Los Santos Health Center at COMHAR (MDLS@COMHAR)
a partnership between DVCH and COMHAR designed to strengthen access to primary and preventive healthcare for the people we support. MDLS@COMHAR focuses on meeting the needs of adults with psychiatric or developmental disabilities, as well as individuals managing substance use challenges.

MDLS@COMHAR is dedicated to serving COMHAR members and has recently extended its services to the broader Maria de Los Santos network. Services will also be available to COMHAR staff in the near future. Through this collaboration, members have access to integrated care that brings together primary health services, behavioral health support, and routine preventive care.

The Health Center opened in June 2025.
